Refund Policy

I want every student and parent to feel confident enrolling. If you (or your child) attend Class 1 of either the Ascent or Catalyst program and are not satisfied, write to me at hello@mypodium.in within 24 hours of that class for a full refund — no questions asked.

• Refund requests after Class 2 onward are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Rescheduling to a future batch is available free of charge, any time before Class 1.

Need to move a session? Let me know at least 24 hours in advance via the contact page or WhatsApp, and I'll help you catch up or shift batches wherever possible.

Certificate Policy

A "Podium Ascent Certified" or "Podium Catalyst Certified" completion certificate is issued to any student who attends all 6 classes of their chosen program.

Privacy Policy

I collect only the information needed to run the program and communicate with you: your name, email, phone number, and (where relevant) your child's name and grade. This information is used solely to manage enrollment, share class links and materials, and respond to your queries.

• I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is handled directly and securely by Razorpay — I do not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• You can request that I delete your data at any time by writing to hello@mypodium.in.

Payment Security

All payments on this site are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway used by businesses across India. mypodium.in never sees or stores your card or bank details directly.
